Létitia Crippen

Creative Strategist 

Létitia Crippen is a dynamic project manager and visionary with 10+ years of experience producing thoughtful programming for television, streaming platforms, and in-person conferences. Her superpower is synthesizing information and breathing creativity, structure, and purpose into any live production. In addition, her infectious personality turns every event into magic as she facilitates discussions covering sensitive issues or celebratory moments. Alongside curating experiences, she is developing the next generation of storytellers and media leaders by training Digital Ministry volunteers, teaching Community Access media courses, and mentoring marketing and film students. She identifies as a “Multiculturalist” with a deep passion for diversity and human connections and is inspired by her experiences living abroad as a Military Brat. In 2004, Létitia joined the culture of respect as a facilitator at Drexel University while obtaining a B.S. in industrial engineering and later returned to obtain an M.S. in Television Management.

Katelyn Bennett is a current BA Marketing student at Savannah State University located in the state of Georgia and currently studying for her Ux Design certificate, Up until now, she has used her graphic design and artistic skills to help surrounding friends and family bring their visions to life. Her passion for social media was established after going viral several times throughout her platform and using what she had to make herself pop to her audience. She now holds ownership of content management that helps individuals repurpose their social media accounts and analyze analytics to keep interaction flowing. 

As a partner of Strategic Impact Group, Katelyn brings her knowledge of arts and culture, graphic design, and media management. She is fully skilled in working with individuals that are looking to add more volume to their social media platforms and get eyes on your brand. Katelyn's influence on social media has led individuals to gain more clients, positive feedback, and an increase in interactions.

Myradage Pierre brings a wealth of event conceptualization and execution expertise to the tribe. She has excellent organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and multitasking; strong interpersonal skills; highly motivated self-starter who works well under pressure while maintaining composure in stressful situations; flexible working style; ability to work independently or collaboratively. She has a keen eye for detail with attention to high-quality outcomes.  She is proficient in English and Haitian Creole and a profoundly passionate, creative person who gives individuality to each event. No occasion is too small or large, her mantra: "We have to get it done"
